Temp or Perm : Live in Housekeeper​/Nanny​/Mothers SP

A couple with two children, aged 2 and 4 (almost 3 and
5) are looking to employ a proactive, calm and caring Housekeeper / Nanny / Mothers help to assist them in their 5-bedroom home near Andover. Mum lives in the property full-time and travels to London occasionally during the week, while Dad is at home weekends but also travels for work alot.

The family also employs a full-time live-out Nanny who works Monday to Friday from 8 AM to 6 PM. The role is primarily focused on housekeeping, shopping for food and light cooking; however, you will also be required to assist with the children with supper and their bedtime routine, and will often have sold charge of the children when the parents are away and the nanny is not on duty.

During the day in the week / term time, you will primarily focus on light simple cooking, housekeeping and laundry. You absolutely must enjoy cooking, enjoy family life and children and be happy to keep the house tidy. The family are willing to look into getting a cleaner to come once or twice a week for deeper cleans, but this individual absolutely must be a flexible all rounder that is willing to support the family with whatever is needed to ensure the house runs smoothly and that the children are happy.

After the children have had their dinner, you will help with the bedtime routine until 7 : 30 / 8 PM, The nanny finishes for the day at 6.30pm. The children go to bed at 7pm, but it is important this candidate is flexible in the evenings and the priority is to be there to support the mother and help her with anything needed.

Your main duties will involve :

• All housekeeping duties - keeping the house presentable and tidy
• Laundry and ironing
• Preparing meals mainly for the principals in the week mostly just dinners (the nanny cooks for the children in the week, but this candidate would need to cook for them at weekends)
• Running errands / Driving
• Covering the nannies duties when she is on annual leave or is unwell and on her days off

The ideal candidate would be flexible, warm, friendly, and able to take initiative. Someone who has a good eye for detail. It is preferred that you are a driver with your own car.

Brand new 1 bedroom annexe separate to the main house with garden, single candidates only and someone who will be based there all the time (can leave on their days off but this should be their main residence). All bills included.

Live in - Mondays and Tuesdays will be days off. You will work Wednesday - Sunday. Must be flexible on hours - later morning start, and finishing around 8pm, with flexibility required on working hours.

Wednesday - Sunday - Please only apply if you are happy to work at the weekend, happy to live in full time, happy to be flexible on hours.
