Perfect Household Staff are delighted to be assisting a professional family based in Wiltshire with the recruitment of an experienced part-time Housekeeper. The family reside in a spacious five-bedroom, two-storey private residence in a peaceful and well-regarded area of Wiltshire. This is a calm, organised household where reliability, discretion, and consistency are highly valued. The role is ideal for a professional who enjoys maintaining a household to a high standard while also supporting the family with light childcare-related driving duties.

This role focuses primarily on maintaining the home through regular housekeeping and laundry, alongside scheduled school pick-ups and drop-offs for two children aged 6 and 8. The duties are well-defined and manageable within the agreed part-time hours, making this an excellent opportunity for a professional seeking a stable, long-term role to complement other commitments.

Job Type: Permanent, Part-Time, Live-Out

Working Days: 3 days per week (flexible)

Working Hours: 20 hours per week

Driving: Driving licence + access to a personal vehicle are essential

Children: 6 y.o. girl; 8 y.o. boy

Location: Allington, Wiltshire

Starting Date: ASAP

• Maintaining the home to a consistently high housekeeping standard
• General daily cleaning, dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and surface care
• Laundry management, including washing and ironing
• Ensuring the household remains tidy, organised, and well-maintained
• School pick-ups and drop-offs for two children (ages 6 and
  8)
• Running occasional household-related errands as required
• Working independently and managing time efficiently during each shift
• Supporting the family’s lifestyle with a proactive and flexible approach

• Three or more years of private household housekeeping experience
• Two excellent, checkable references
• Conversational English
• Valid UK working permit
• Full UK driving licence and own car
• Enhanced DBS (or willingness to obtain one)
