Stock Condition Surveyor

I am looking for a Stock Condition Surveyor to join a construction company in Swindon. The Stock Condition Surveyor will be responsible for assessing all elements within the properties, ensuring issues are logged correctly and that works being carried out are done to a high standard.

This is a contract position, lasting up to 20 weeks

Stock Condition Surveyor duties:

Conduct comprehensive property inspections
Gather detailed data, creating condition assessments,
Identify defects, and collaborate on maintenance plans.
What is required for the role:

Asbestos Awareness
DBS
Green CSCS as a minimum
