Thorn Baker Construction is seeking an experienced Working Foreman to lead projects across Wiltshire. The role combines hands‑on site work with team leadership, ensuring safety, on‑programme delivery and quality.
You will coordinate subcontractors, suppliers and clients, reporting to the Contracts Manager. The ideal candidate has previous Working Foreman or Site Supervisor experience, CSCS and SSSTS/SMSTS, a full UK driving licence and First Aid at Work or willingness to obtain it.
