Position Overview
A secondary school located near Andover is seeking a Science Teacher to join their team as soon as possible. This is a full-time role running until the end of July 2026, with the strong possibility of a permanent position for the right candidate.
You’ll play a key role in delivering engaging and inspiring Science lessons across Key Stages 3 and 4, helping students develop curiosity and confidence in the subject within a supportive and forward-thinking department.

What You’ll Be Doing
Teaching Science across KS3 and KS4, adapting lessons for mixed abilities.
Planning and delivering practical, engaging lessons that bring Science to life.
Monitoring student progress and providing constructive feedback.
Creating a classroom culture of curiosity, respect, and achievement.
Working closely with a welcoming Science department and contributing to whole-school initiatives.
What We’re Looking For
A qualified teacher with UK QTS (or on the path to gaining QTS).
Experience teaching Science across KS3 and KS4.
Strong classroom management and communication skills.
A genuine passion for Science and inspiring young learners.
Commitment to high standards and safeguarding.
