Position: Lecturer in Health and Social Care (Maternity Cover)

Location:
Chippenham

Salary: £29,294 - £40,814 per year (dependent on skills, qualifications and experience)

What We Offer

Salary:

Unqualified Teacher: £29,294 per year

Qualified Teacher: £31,885 - £40,814 per year

(Depending on Skills, Qualifications & Experience)

Contract Type: Fixed-Term for one year (Maternity Cover), Full Time - 37 hours per week

What You'll Do

• Teach and assess learners in Health and Social Care across a range of levels

• Deliver engaging classroom-based and practical lessons

• Prepare students for industry, apprenticeships, and further progression

• Maintain a safe, professional learning environment

• Support learners' confidence, skills, and knowledge to succeed in care settings

What You'll Bring

• Relevant Health and Social Care qualifications (Level 3 or above)

• Strong practical experience in health, social care, or related settings

• Current knowledge of industry standards, safeguarding, and best practice

• Teaching qualifications are welcomed but not essential.
