Job Description & How to Apply Below
You will provide support both within the Autism Base and, where appropriate, in mainstream classroom settings, working alongside teachers and other support staff to meet students' individual needs. The role involves building positive relationships, promoting independence, and helping students develop their social, emotional, and academic skills.
This is a full-time role that would suit someone passionate about supporting young people, whether you are looking to gain experience in education, special educational needs (SEN), psychology, or are an experienced Teaching Assistant seeking a rewarding new challenge. We are looking for someone who is:
Passionate about supporting young people with autism and additional needs
Patient, empathetic, and understanding

An excellent communicator who can work effectively as part of a team
