Home Manager

I'm seeking an experienced and values-driven Home Manager to lead a long-established, purpose-built care home in Wiltshire. The home provides person-centred residential, respite and dementia care in a welcoming home-from-home environment.

The home is proudly rated Good across all five areas by the CQC and offers an excellent opportunity for a compassionate leader to join a respected not-for-profit charity where residents are at the heart of everything they do.

• Provide strong leadership and day-to-day operational management of the home
• Ensure the delivery of high-quality, person-centred residential and dementia care
• Maintain full compliance with CQC standards and regulatory requirements
• Recruit, develop and motivate a dedicated care team through values-led leadership
• Promote a warm, inclusive culture where residents can thrive and remain independent
• Drive continuous improvement, quality outcomes and resident satisfaction

• Proven experience as a Registered/Home Manager within residential and/or dementia care
• Strong knowledge of CQC regulations, safeguarding and quality governance
• A compassionate, resident-first leadership approach
• Excellent people management, communication and organisational skills
