About the Opportunity
Sphere Solutions are recruiting on behalf of an established building, fit-out and refurbishment contractor specialising in high-technology projects across the Swindon and Oxford region. Due to ongoing growth and a strong order book, we are looking to appoint an experienced Project Manager or Contracts Manager to oversee multiple projects from pre-construction through to handover.
This role suits a driven, client-focused professional with the confidence to manage high-spec, fast-paced schemes and lead multiple project teams.

Key Responsibilities

· Oversee and deliver multiple live fit-out/refurbishment projects simultaneously

· Act as the main point of contact for clients, fostering strong relationships

· Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget and to high-quality standards

· Manage site teams, subcontractors, programme, H&S and project reporting

· Coordinate with commercial, technical and design teams throughout delivery

· Monitor financial performance, variations and procurement

Skills & Experience Required

· Experience as a Project Manager, Contracts Manager or Senior Site Manager in construction

· Background delivering fit-out, refurbishment or building projects

· Proven leadership ability and excellent client-facing skills

· Track record of managing multiple schemes concurrently

· High-technology/controlled environment experience advantageous

· SMSTS, CSCS and relevant construction qualifications preferred
