Forklift Driver / Stores Person
📍 Chippenham
💷 £13.53 per hour + Overtime
📄 Contract | 37 hours per week
Shift Pattern:

* Monday – Thursday: 07:30 – 15:30

* Friday: 07:00 – 14:30
We are recruiting a Forklift Driver / Stores Person on behalf of our client, a well-established manufacturing business based in Chippenham. You will be working within a busy stores environment, supporting goods in/out operations and stock control.

Key Responsibilities:

* Operating counterbalance forklift and reach truck

* Booking in and signing for deliveries

* Putting stock away into correct locations

* Picking, packing and assembling kits

* Stock checking and inventory control

* Using computer systems for data entry (SAP experience advantageous)

* Occasionally driving goods between company sites

* Working in line with Health & Safety procedures
Requirements:

* Valid counterbalance forklift and reach truck licence

* Full driving licence

* Previous warehouse or stores experience within a manufacturing or industrial environment

* Confident computer user with strong attention to detail

* Ability to recognise mechanical, electrical or electronic components is advantageous
