Production operative- day shift -£12.71 - £13 DOE per hour -- Swindon

The Best Connection Swindon is currently recruiting for a Production operatives to work in their furniture manufacture warehouse. This is day shift starting at 05:30. There is a permenant position available after a sucessful trial period.

Our client is in the Swindon area, easily accessible by public transport.

Hours and pay:
Monday to Friday, 05:30am - 14:00pm
£12.71 - £13 DOEKey Responsibilities

Picking and packing heavy delicate items.
Light sanding of furniture when required
Quality Control:
Checking items for quality, accuracy, and defects.
Material Handling:
Preparing, loading, and moving raw materials.
Finishing & Packing:
Polishing, varnishing, and packing finished items for dispatch.

Requirements and Skills

Physical Stamina:
Ability to stand for long periods and lift heavy materials.

Skills:

Good hand-eye coordination, attention to detail, and ability to read technical drawings/instructions.
Experience in manufacturing or furniture industry is preferred but not essential. Why Work With Us?
