What you will be doing:
As a Machine Operative, you will play a key role in ensuring production runs efficiently while maintaining high standards of quality and safety.

• Setting up, operating and monitoring production machinery.
• Carrying out routine machine adjustments to maintain optimum performance.
• Ensuring products meet quality specifications through regular inspections.
• Reporting machine faults and assisting with basic troubleshooting where appropriate.
• Maintaining excellent housekeeping standards and keeping your work area clean and organised.
• Following all Health & Safety procedures and company policies.
• Working collaboratively with colleagues to ensure smooth production operations.
