What You'll Be Doing
Leading national AV installation projects from planning through to execution
Managing on-site teams and subcontractors to deliver seamless installs
Conducting detailed site surveys and specifying hardware & cable routes
Delivering high-standard first and second fix installations
Supporting with AV programming (lighting/audio), testing, and handover
Providing service support in line with SLAs for key blue-chip clients
What We're Looking For
3+ years' experience in AV installation - confident on tools and on-site
Strong technical skills across LCD/LED displays, video conferencing, video over IP, matrix systems
Familiar with control systems (Crestron, Q-SYS, BI-AMP) and networking fundamentals
Comfortable leading teams and working in client-facing environments
Full UK Driving Licence required
Bonus points if you have:
CSCS/ECS card
IPAF & PASMA certifications
First Aid trained
