Junior Tax Accountant

We are recruiting a Tax Junior to Semi Senior to join a well‑established accountancy practice based in Wimbledon
. This is a great opportunity for someone early in their tax career who is looking for strong technical training, hands‑on exposure, and clear progression within a supportive team.

You will work closely with senior tax professionals and partners, supporting a varied client portfolio across personal and corporate tax.

• Assisting with the preparation of personal and corporate tax returns
• Supporting compliance work including HMRC submissions and deadlines
• Liaising with clients to gather information and resolve queries
• Assisting with tax computations and basic advisory work
• Supporting senior team members with ad‑hoc tax projects
• Maintaining accurate client records and files

• 1–3+ years’ experience in a tax role within accountancy practice
• ATT / CTA (part‑qualified or studying) or ACA / ACCA with tax exposure
• Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn
• Good communication and organisational skills
• Comfortable working in an office‑based environment

• Salary up to £35,000 depending on experience
• 5 days a week in the office (Wimbledon location)
• Strong technical training and mentoring
• Clear progression from junior to semi senior level
