Overview
An exciting opportunity for an experienced Care Coordinator to join a well established care provider in a busy, fast-paced environment. This is an office-based role in Wimbledon, ideal for someone who thrives on coordination, organisation, and delivering high-quality care services.
The Candidate- Minimum 3 years’ experience as a Care Coordinator
- Currently in employment
- Strong understanding of care scheduling and workforce coordination
- Confident communicator with excellent organisational skills
- Coordinating care rotas to ensure safe and consistent service delivery
- Liaising with carers, clients, and families to manage care schedules
- Managing last‑minute changes, cover and emergencies
- Supporting compliance with care standards and internal procedures
- Maintaining accurate records and care documentation
- Salary up to £30,000 DOE
- Office-based role in Wimbledon
