Are you looking for work within the Building Surveying industry? Look no further!
1st Select is looking for an experienced Stock Condition Surveyor / Domestic Energy Assessor to carry out detailed inspections of houses and flats, both internally and externally. Our client is a leading consultancy in the surveying industry, with a large contract covering the London area, and we are seeking Stock Condition Surveyors/DEAs to participate in this program on a contract basis.
Responsibilities/ Requirements
- Stock Condition Surveying Experience
- Experience with lodging EPCs
- HHSRS Experience
- 5 days a week availability
- Gain more experience in the building surveying industry
- Payment outside of IR35
This will be a 3-month contract with the possibility of leading onto additional work.
