Customer Relationship Specialist – Financial Services; aviation & marine customers

Our client is a well respected and long standing name in the asset finance market.

They are looking to recruit a customer relationship specialist to join their team based in Wimbledon, focussing on customers within the aviation and marine sectors.

The role is responsible for ensuring that the companies customers and introducers enjoy a seamless customer service, so that all business opportunities are maximised. You will be involved in proposal and pay-out processing, day to day customer service, and ensuring that all risk and compliance guidelines are adhered to.

We are looking for candidates who can demonstrate excellent initiative and problem-solving skills. You’ll be a strong communicator and have the ability to build effective working relationships with customers, suppliers and other internal stakeholders.

Experience in a similar role within the financial services sector would be a distinct advantage.
