Overview

South Thames Colleges Group is seeking an Employability Administrator at Kingston College and at Carshalton, Merton and STC, Wandsworth Colleges for the 2026/27 academic year. The role supports the delivery of work experience, T Level industry placements, and wider employer engagement activities across the College Group. The post is funded from 2026/27 and the successful candidate is not expected to commence before August 2026.

Responsibilities
  • Support Work Experience Coordinators, Heads of Employability and the Group Work Experience and Industry Placement Lead to ensure all placement activity is accurately recorded, compliant and effectively coordinated.
  • Maintain accurate records and ensure data compliance through proficient use of Word, Excel, email and MIS systems.
  • Contribute to a positive learner and employer experience.
Qualifications & Skills
  • Experience in an administrative role within an education, training or employability environment.
  • Strong organisational and administrative skills, attention to detail and good written and verbal communication.
  • Energy, enthusiasm and passion for pastoral work and education, and willingness to work with all student groups.
  • Proficiency in IT, particularly Word, Excel, email and MIS systems.
