We are seeking an enthusiastic KS2 Teacher to join a welcoming and supportive SEND school in Morden (SM4) from September. This is a full‑time, long‑term opportunity working with pupils with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and complex learning needs.

• Plan and deliver engaging, differentiated lessons tailored to individual learning needs.
• Create a nurturing, structured and inclusive classroom environment.
• Work collaboratively with experienced teaching assistants, therapists and the wider multidisciplinary team.
• Support pupils' academic, social and emotional development.

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
• Experience teaching within KS2.
• Experience working with pupils with ASD and/or complex needs (desirable but not essential).
• A patient, flexible and positive approach to teaching.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
