SEN Teaching Assistant

Milk Education are recruiting a caring and enthusiastic SEN Teaching Assistant to support pupils with additional learning needs in a vibrant primary school in Wimbledon.

This role would suit someone passionate about helping children reach their full potential within an inclusive learning environment.

• Provide 1:1 and small-group support.
• Support pupils with Autism, ADHD and speech and language needs.
• Work alongside the class teacher to deliver tailored interventions.
• Promote positive behaviour and emotional wellbeing.
• Help create an engaging and safe learning environment.

• Experience working with children or young people.
• A patient, empathetic and proactive attitude.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Experience supporting SEND is desirable but not essential.
• A willingness to learn and develop professionally.
