About the Role We are seeking to appoint an enthusiastic and experienced SEND Teaching Assistant to support pupils with additional needs. This is an excellent opportunity to join a supportive and dedicated team, working closely with teaching staff and the Inclusion team to deliver tailored support that enables every pupil to thrive.
Key Responsibilities Provide targeted support to pupils with SEND, both in and out of the classroom Work closely with class teachers to adapt learning activities and resources Support the implementation of individual education plans (IEPs) and personalised interventions Foster positive relationships that build pupil confidence, independence, and engagement Monitor and record progress, providing feedback to staff and contributing to reviews Assist in creating a safe, inclusive and nurturing learning environment Collaborate effectively with colleagues, parents, and external professionals where required What We're Looking For We are looking for someone who:
