An established and well-regarded law firm based in Wimbledon is seeking an experienced Commercial Property Solicitor to join its growing real estate team.

This role is ideally suited to a confident, technically strong lawyer with a broad commercial property background , rather than someone who has specialised narrowly in one area.

You will handle a varied caseload of commercial property matters, including (but not limited to) :

• Acquisitions and disposals
• Landlord and tenant work
• Commercial leases
• Property finance and development matters

• 5–10 years’ PQE
• Strong, well-rounded experience across commercial property
• Solid general real estate background
• Candidates with a mixed residential / commercial caseload will be considered, but strong commercial exposure is essential

• Competitive salary of £75,000 – £80,000 , depending on experience
• Hybrid working after successful completion of a 6-month probation (3 days office / 2 days home)
• 25 days’ holiday plus bank holidays
• 2 additional paid charity days per year
• Standard working hours : 9 : 00am – 5 : 30pm
• No bonus scheme
