Salary: £27,706 - £29,858 per annum
Hours:
36 hours per week – flexible options considered
Contract Type: permanent
Responsibilities- Inspect and clean all communal areas, including sweeping and mopping.
- External litter packing.
- Leaf clearance and bin area cleaning, rotating bins.
- Deal with residents courteously and respectfully.
- Customer service focused with good communication skills.
- Full valid UK driving licence (manual).
- Able to travel across the region as required.
- Must hold a full valid manual UK driving licence; may be required to drive company vehicles for work use only.
- Must reside in England or Wales for the duration of employment.
- Basic Criminal Record Check Clearance required.
- Support for responsible use of AI in the recruitment process.
