Alstom Wimbledon Depot is seeking a Shift Production Manager to lead 24/7 production within the depot. You will ensure trains are delivered safely, on time, and in top condition. The role demands hands-on leadership across Production, Workshop and Wheel Lathe areas and requires strong safety and quality focus.
You will drive continuous improvement through 5S and Kaizen, manage resources, and coach staff. A background in engineering maintenance with knowledge of rail systems will help you succeed
