Our first UK clinic will be located in the Wimbledon Quarter Shopping Centre in Southwest London.

The Wimbledon Clinic is a 33,000 sq ft ambulatory diagnostic centre bringing together advanced diagnostics, outpatient services and theatres under one roof. The clinic will offer a comprehensive range of services including a Private GP, Express Care minor injuries unit, consultant and treatment rooms, multimodality advanced diagnostic imaging including 3T MRI, 1.5T MRI, CT, X-Ray and DEXA, surgical theatres and inpatient ward facilities.

Reporting to the Clinic Manager, you'll have full operational responsibility for the theatre suite from day one, building your team, establishing safe and efficient ways of working, and ensuring every patient receives the highest standard of surgical care. You'll play a central role in mobilising a brand-new theatre department, working closely with surgeons, anaesthetists and the wider clinical team to deliver a first-class patient experience, with the full backing of an established European healthcare group behind you.

The theatre suite will support procedures across a broad range of specialties, including Orthopaedics, Urology, Oral & Maxillofacial, Gynaecology, ENT, and Dermatology.

• Oversee the day-to-day running of the theatre suite, maintaining clinical standards and acting as the senior point of escalation
• Lead and manage a multidisciplinary theatre team, including scrub, recovery and theatre support staff
• Working closely with surgeons, anaesthetists and consultants across a range of specialties
• Take ownership of the full theatre patient journey, using feedback and data to continuously improve safety and experience
• Ensure compliance with CQC standards, infection control, and all relevant clinical governance requirements
• Manage theatre scheduling, equipment, stock and consumables to ensure smooth day-to-day operations
• Manage the theatre operational budget, monitoring performance against KPIs
• Build and maintain strong relationships with visiting surgeons, consultants and external partners to support the clinic's growth

The ideal candidate will bring proven experience in a senior theatre management role, with a strong track record of leading multidisciplinary theatre teams and delivering operational excellence in a surgical setting.

We're looking for someone who can demonstrate a strong background across the following areas:

• Leading and managing a multidisciplinary theatre team in a clinical setting
• Strong knowledge of CQC standards, clinical governance and infection prevention control
• Managing theatre budgets, rostering and resource planning
• Opening or establishing a new theatre department or healthcare service
• A background in perioperative care, surgical services or a related clinical specialty
• Registered Nurse or ODP qualification (essential)
