We are looking to recruit an experienced and knowledgeable Head of Care, Quality and Governance. This is an opportunity to make a difference and lead the future work of our Care, Quality and Governance Team. The role will build on the successful work that has already been achieved within the team and will involve:

• Leading on the delivery of the care, quality and governance strategy across the organisation
• Under the direction of the Director of Care, Quality and Governance, be responsible for the coordination of governance arrangements in accordance with national quality and safety standards
• Ensuring that compliance, risk and quality governance is embedded and owned locally within services
• Providing complex and accurate information to inform decision making across the governance function
• Provide support and guidance to services and the resolving of complex issues

You will have extensive experience of working in a senior care, quality and governance role supported by relevant qualifications and an up to date knowledge of key issues and themes in quality, governance and safety. You will demonstrate visible and compassionate leadership alongside a collaborative approach with a range of team members and stakeholders.
