Merton Council is seeking a Family Advisor to be the first point of contact when partner agencies reach out. You will help families access the right support and ensure our database is kept up to date by uploading new contacts.
You will work within the Children and Families Hub to respond to referrals with sensitivity and timeliness. We welcome applicants from diverse backgrounds, with support available from experienced managers, and opportunities for development within our new staffing structure
