three Service Advisor sand two Apprentices
, providing outstanding customer service andensuringevery customer enjoysa first-class dealership experience.

As a Service Advisor, you will bethe main pointof contact for customers throughout their service journey. Your responsibilities will include:

• Greeting customers and discussing their vehicle service andrepair requirements.
• Booking vehicles intothe workshop efficiently.
• Keeping customers informed throughout the repair process.
• Preparing estimates and explaining completed work.
• Upselling additional product sand services where appropriate.
• Liaising closely with technicians and theworkshop team toensure excellent servicedelivery.
• Delivering exceptional levelsof customer satisfaction.

• Previous experience asa
  Service Advisor
  is essential.
• Experience with in aprestige dealership wouldbe advantageous, butis not essential.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Strong organisational skills with the abilityto multitask.
• A professional, positive, and team-focused attitude.
• Full UK driving licence preferred.

• £31,000 basic salary.
• On-target earnings of £40,600.
