IT Field Engineer - Wimborne
Up to £35,000 + Car Allowance | Permanent | Career Progression

- Installing IT & Telecoms solutions
- Onboarding customers onto managed support services
- Providing remote & on-site technical support
- Planning & managing installation projects
Supporting customers & sales teams with solution design & recommendations - Updating project & service tickets through CRM systems
- Identifying potential sales opportunities through technical operations
We're looking for an experienced IT Field Engineer with strong networking, infrastructure & customer-facing technical support experience.
A valid UK driving licence is essential for this position.
Ideally, you'll have experience with:- Configuring routers, switches & firewalls
- Wi-Fi installation & troubleshooting
- Cloud telephony & VOIP solutions
- LAN infrastructure, including testing, terminating & design
- CRM & ticketing systems
- Microsoft cloud & Microsoft Server environments
- IT networking, including CCNA, Fortigate or Netgear
- VMWare Solutions & Hyper-V
- PC/laptop builds, fault diagnosis & rectification
- Antivirus & anti-spam implementation
- Router & firewall configuration
