We're seeking a motivated 1st Line IT Support Engineer to join a dynamic team in Dorset. If you're passionate about IT, eager to develop your technical skills, and enjoy delivering outstanding customer service, this role offers a fantastic entry point into the IT and telecoms industry.

• 23 days holiday plus bank holidays, increasing to 25 after 2 years

• Provide 1st Line diagnosis and resolution, aiming for high first-time fix rates
• Respond to technical issues via telephone, email, and service portals, escalating when necessary
• Manage your workload to meet SLAs and customer expectations
• Log and handle all service tickets accurately throughout their lifecycle
• Build strong relationships with clients through professional and timely support
• Maintain clear documentation using ticketing systems and knowledge bases

• Enthusiastic about IT support and customer service
• Good understanding of Windows, Microsoft 365, and network basics preferred
• Confident in troubleshooting hardware and software issues
• Able to work accurately under pressure and meet deadlines
• Full UK driving license and a proactive, 'can do' attitude
• Previous experience in a helpdesk or managed service environment is advantageous
