Due to continued growth and securing new contracts, our client is looking for manual turners to join the team, working out of their state‑of‑the‑art facility near Wimborne. The successful applicant will be responsible for operating mainly CNC lathe machinery but will also gain access to training on other machinery later on. You will be working to product drawings and specifications, inspecting parts to ensure all company, industry and customer standards are met.

You will play a key role to ensure that the production team operate as efficiently as possible while maintaining these high standards.

• Operate CNC lathes and other machine tools
• Inspect machined parts and ensure compliance with drawings and specifications
• Maintain high production standards and support efficient team operation
• Participate in training on additional machinery as required

• Experience with CNC lathes and manual turning
• Commutable distance to Wimborne
• Valid UK work permit and no criminal record
