As a Welder Fabricator, your responsibilities will include:

• Manufacture sheet metal and fabricated products to specification and engineering drawings
• Maintain right first time standards, build efficiency and service levels consistently
• Resolve manufacturing issues quickly, keeping clear communication with the operations team
• Assist with assembly work as required
• Adhere to UK Health and Safety regulations and company quality standards
• Contribute to continuous improvement activities and support colleagues as needed

As a Welder Fabricator, your experience will include:

• Completion of an engineering apprenticeship or equivalent qualification
• Considerable experience in assembly and engineering within a manufacturing environment
• Strong understanding of engineering drawings and sheet metal fabrication, welding, and cutting
• A disciplined, self-motivated approach with strong problem-solving skills
• Ability to communicate effectively and work collaboratively as part of a team
• Counterbalance forklift licence advantageous
