This full-time, on-site Landscaping Team Leader position is based in Wimborne Minster. The Landscaping Team Leader will be responsible for managing and coordinating the daily activities of a landscaping team, overseeing projects from start to finish. Responsibilities include leading landscaping tasks such as maintenance, gardening, irrigation, and installations, as well as ensuring safety standards are met and work is completed to the highest quality within project timelines.

The role also involves supervising team members and maintaining communication with clients to ensure satisfaction with the final results.

• Proficiency in Landscape Maintenance and Gardening
• Knowledge of Irrigation systems and practices
• Skills in Landscape Design and general Landscaping techniques
• Ability to effectively lead a team and manage projects
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• A valid driver's license is preferred
• Experience or certification in horticulture or landscaping is an advantage
