A welcoming and well-established primary school in Somerset is seeking a passionate Year 1 Teacher / Key Stage 1 Teacher to join their team as soon as possible.

The Role – Year 1 Teacher / KS1 Teacher

As the Year 1 Teacher, you will:

* Deliver engaging and creative Key Stage 1 lessons

* Support pupils in developing confidence, independence and curiosity

* Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment

* Work collaboratively with a supportive KS1 team

* Monitor pupil progress and adapt teaching to meet individual needs

The Ideal Candidate

We are looking for a Year 1 Teacher / KS1 Teacher / Primary Teacher who:

* Holds QTS (Qualified Teacher Status)

* Has experience teaching Key Stage 1 (KS1) or relevant placements

* Is passionate about primary education

* Can create engaging and inclusive lessons

* Demonstrates strong classroom management

* Works well as part of a team
