Teaching Assistant Fixed Term Contract to 31st August 2026. 11.25 hours a week, Term Time only (Mondays 1-3:30pm / Thursdays 1-3:30pm / Fridays 8:30-3:30pm). Scale Points 05-06 £ 25,583 - £25,989 FTE £18,925 - £19,225 Actual Salary. Our friendly village primary school is seeking to recruit an enthusiastic, compassionate and friendly team member as a part time Teaching Assistant. This role will involve helping groups and individuals with their learning.

• Help groups and individuals with their learning.

• Previous experience of working in primary schools or working with children is essential.
• Appropriate qualifications in English and Mathematics (GCSE grade C or equivalent).
• Excellent interpersonal skills with pupils, staff and parents; ability to enthuse and inspire children; strong team player who can share good practice and learn from others.
