Our client, a well-established and reputable company based in Wincanton, is looking to hire a Mechanical Engineer to become an integral part of their dynamic team. This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled professional who enjoys hands-on work and takes pride in maintaining and improving mechanical systems.
Mechanical Engineer

Roles and Responsibilities:

* Replace and repair mechanical seals and motors

* Carry out general mechanical maintenance and repair work

* Diagnose mechanical faults and perform necessary repairs

* Conduct routine servicing of equipment and machinery

* Perform general handyman and workshop tasks as required

* Ensure all work is completed safely and to a high standard

* Maintain tools, equipment, and a clean working environment
Mechanical Engineer Ideal Candidate:

* Experience in mechanical repair or maintenance work

* Strong hands-on skills with tools and equipment

* Experience in general maintenance or handyman work
Mechanical Engineer

Working Hours:

* Monday – Friday, 09:00 – 17:00

* Flexibility to work out of hours
