We are an established and growing food manufacturing business based in Somerset, and this is an exciting time to join our team. Following significant investment in a brand-new factory and the successful onboarding of major new business, we are expanding our production team and looking for a motivated Production Supervisor / Team Leader to help drive the next phase of growth.

The Role

As a Production Supervisor, you will play a key role in leading production teams, ensuring daily targets are achieved while maintaining the highest standards of food safety, quality, and efficiency.

Key responsibilities include:

* Leading and motivating a production team to achieve daily targets

* Ensuring compliance with food safety, quality, and health & safety standards

* Supporting continuous improvement initiatives across the factory

* Monitoring production performance and driving efficiencies

* Training and developing team members

* Working closely with technical, engineering, and planning teams

What We’re Looking For

* Experience in a food manufacturing or FMCG production environment

* Previous team leader or supervisory experience (or a strong operator ready to step up)

* Strong communication and leadership skills

* A proactive and hands-on approach

* A desire to learn, grow, and develop within the business
