Hours
12 hour fixed shifts.
Monday–Wednesday nights.
Thursday–Saturday nights.
Great uplift of 30% on the base salary, with an additional £80 for working on a Saturday as a bonus.

We have exciting opportunities at Thales Underwater Systems for Electrical or Mechanical Manufacturing Technicians to work within our Towed Array manufacturing cell based in Templecombe.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking for the next step up in their career or who is interested in working in a manufacturing environment that requires the key fundamental skills to carry out the role.
The key focus is to ensure we provide a consistently high quality of product on time to support the production line.
Key Responsibilities and Tasks- Operating machinery.
- Performing mechanical assembly operations, as defined by routings, manufacturing instructions, wiring schedules and drawings.
- Ensuring product equipment and tools are used and maintained to the required workshop standards.
- Capable of working to manufacturing instructions.
- Experience/understanding of mechanical assembly and a production environment.
- Focused on meeting deadlines with good time management and prioritisation skills.
- Basic PC skills required.
