Introduction

Acorn by Synergie is recruiting Warehouse Operatives to join a busy and well-established warehouse operation in Wincanton.

This is an excellent opportunity for experienced Warehouse Operatives, Picking and Packing Operatives, Goods In Operatives, Goods Out Operatives, Dispatch Operatives, or Logistics Operatives looking to join a supportive team with ongoing work and opportunities to develop their warehouse skills.

What We Offer

£13.00 per hour.
Monday to Friday working pattern.
2pm-11pm shifts.
Full training provided.

Key Duties

Accurately pick and pack customer orders.
Load and unload deliveries safely and efficiently.
Assist with stock control, stock checks, and inventory management.
Use warehouse equipment safely and in line with company procedures.
Prepare goods for dispatch and ensure orders are completed on time.
Maintain a clean, organised, and safe working environment.
Follow all health and safety guidelines and company policies.

Requirements

Previous warehouse experience is advantageous but not essential.
Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Good attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Reliable, punctual, and hardworking.
Physically fit and comfortable carrying out manual handling duties.
