Up to £51,475 – depending on experience. Permanent – 40 hours per week. Monday to Friday. Occasional night visits or weekend work may be required. Welcome bonus – £2,000*

You’ll Help Us Make Health Happen By- Oversee and assist all aspects of nursing care/activities within the home.
- Create and update individual care plans for residents, maintaining clear, accurate and up‑to‑date medication records.
- Ensure adequate staffing levels through efficient management of rotas.
- Provide day‑to‑day support and guidance to the team, promoting residents’ independence, choice and dignity.
- Build lasting relationships with residents and the people who care about them, fostering a sense of community.
- Build strong relationships with local partners, liaising to raise the care home’s profile locally and beyond.
- Registered Nurse with a valid NMC pin.
- Commitment to adhering to NMC Codes of Conduct and ongoing professional development.
- Up‑to‑date knowledge of tissue viability, infection control and care planning.
- Effective communication to build strong and honest relationships with residents and families.
- Natural leader to mentor team, delegate effectively, promote excellent customer service.
- Excellent time‑management and workload prioritisation.
- Respectful and compassionate team player who gives personal best.
