Customer Account Manager

Position Summary

This position is 100% on-site in Winchester, Kentucky. Monday-Friday 8 AM-5 PM.

Catalent’s Winchester location is the flagship U.S. manufacturing site for large‑scale oral dose forms, with integrated analytical and development services. With 28 years of expertise in product development, technology transfers and commercial manufacturing, and roots in industry‑leading Glatt technology.

• Act as primary customer/site contact for assigned accounts.
• Serve as site point of contact for assigned customer accounts and take ownership for overall facilitation of product supply.
• Have general knowledge of customer contracts (Supply Agreement/Quality Agreement), firm‑zones, purchase order requirements, delivery requirements and limits of liability.
• Relay Voice of Customer to leadership, host and facilitate client meetings, and drive actions to closure.
• Support site demand planning and S&OP process for all assigned accounts.
• Manage regular communication with internal and external stakeholders through team meetings, customer trackers, email, phone calls and ad hoc meetings as necessary, following escalation paths when challenges arise.
• Interact with internal personnel to approach and resolve customer actions/deliverables, proactively communicate customer deliverables and drive results. Coordinate with Supply Planning, Materials, Quality and Warehouse teams to ensure on‑time delivery of products.
• Ensure timely and accurate invoicing for all product and service deliveries to clients, and facilitate timely collection of receivables.
• Other duties as assigned.

• Bachelor’s degree with 1+ years of customer account management, sales or project coordination experience, OR HS diploma / Associate degree with 5+ years of similar experience.
• Experience using ERP systems is preferred.
• Basic Microsoft Office experience is required.
• Knowledge and experience in a GMP environment is an advantage.
• Physical requirements:
  
  may be required to sit for extended periods; vision requirements for reading documents and use of computer monitor; lifting overhead less than or equal to 15 lbs. with occasional lifts up to 35 lbs., and push/pull up to 40 lbs. Adequate strength for non‑repetitive light lifting, reaching and forward bending. Sustained sitting at desk or workstation with use of phones, computers, and other office equipment.
