As a Controls Engineer at S&K Industrial, you’ll bring automation to life—designing, programming, and implementing cutting‑edge control systems that drive performance and reliability. • Design and develop electrical control systems and schematics using AutoCAD Electrical
• Program PLCs, HMIs, and various automation components (Allen‑Bradley, Siemens, etc.)
• Lead full project cycles—from concept and design to fabrication, integration, and commissioning
• Assemble and wire control panels; install and troubleshoot high/low voltage components
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to meet customer requirements and timelines
• Manage and communicate project status, timelines, and deliverables using PM tools
• Travel as needed to support system installation, testing, and commissioning (10–20%)

• 3+ years of direct experience in controls engineering (industrial/manufacturing preferred)
• Strong proficiency in PLC/HMI programming and troubleshooting
• Capable of designing electrical layouts, BOMs, and supporting documentation
• Comfortable working with motion control systems—pneumatic, hydraulic, and servo
• Strong communication skills and ability to lead or collaborate within a team
• Experience in robotics, vision systems, or machine safety systems is a plus
• Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, or equivalent hands‑on experience

• $75,000 – $125,000 based on experience and skills
