Senior Accountant – Path to Controller

• Prepare GAAP‑compliant financial statements; lead month and year‑end closes with reconciliations and analysis.
• Manage General Ledger, fixed assets, cost accounting, inventory, and compliance reporting (taxes, regulations).
• Support budgeting, forecasting, process improvements, and administrative projects.
• Assume advanced roles: develop strategies, oversee treasury/cash flow/banking, implement controls, lead/mentor staff, optimize insurance/401(k), and advise on HR/credit.

• Bachelor’s in Accounting/Finance (CPA preferred); 2+ years experience, ideally manufacturing.
