We are seeking a Physical Therapist to join our team and provide rehabilitative care to residents and outpatients.
Responsibilities include:- Collaborating with clinical caregivers to ensure residents achieve full recovery
- Developing and implementing personalized treatment plans
- Monitoring patient progress and adjusting therapies accordingly
- Ensuring compliance with licensing and safety standards
- Graduate of an accredited physical therapy program with a minimum of a Bachelor’s of Science Degree
- Valid Physical Therapy license in the state of practice
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
- Dedication to patient care and recovery
- Ability to work collaboratively within an integrated care team
providing top rehab care, supporting recovery, and contributing to a culture founded on learning, spirituality, and innovation.
