$160,000 - $225,000 per year
About the RoleJobot is seeking a Project Management Supervisor on behalf of a leading Energy firm. This leadership role requires a licensed Professional Engineer (PE) and is ideal for someone who can lead cross‑functional project teams, drive technical excellence, and ensure projects are delivered on time and within scope.

- Develop and implement project management procedures and methodologies to achieve business goals.
- Develop project budgets, timelines, and ensure resources are used efficiently.
- Oversee the procurement of resources and materials as per the project's needs.
- Maintain financial records of all project activities, including budgetary control reports.
- Lead and direct project team members from initial stages to final project completion.
- Conduct project presentations and compile reports on project status for stakeholders.
- Monitor project progress continuously and make detailed scheduled reports on measurable items, such as milestones and deliverables.
- Negotiate contracts with external vendors to reach profitable agreements.
- Collaborate with the project team to ensure all aspects of each project are compatible and will meet the objectives.
- Manage large scale capital projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.
- Address potential risks and troubleshoot any issues that could derail the project's completion.
- A Bachelor's degree in Engineering from an ABET Accredited Program;
Master’s degree or relevant certification is an added advantage. PE required. - Minimum 8 years of experience in project management, including supervising and managing large scale projects.
- Proven experience in project financial planning, budgeting, procurement, maintaining financial records, negotiations, capital projects, and managing the full project life cycle.
- Strong knowledge of project management methodologies, tools, and techniques.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and leadership skills.
- Proficiency in project management software tools.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Strong problem‑solving skills and the ability to make decisions under pressure.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
