• Work on production and/or repack services
• Perform assembly work
• Use a variety of hand tools, precision measuring equipment, and machinery
• Troubleshoot and rework as needed, with understanding of the functional operation of assembled items and finished products
• Work from complex and detailed manufacturing documentation and/or verbal and written instructions and specialized fixtures/test equipment
• Conduct quality activities, including self-inspection and stop-scrap processes
• Update production records and test results
• Communicate problems to appropriate personnel
• Identify discrepant materials/components in writing and verbally to supervisor
• Complete tasks as directed by manufacturing schedules within standard times
• Maintain a clean and orderly work area
• Develop versatility and competence in related tasks and operations
• Wear all necessary PPE
• Operate handheld technology and demonstrate basic computer skills
• Work in a climate-controlled environment

• Minimum of 3 years of manufacturing experience at one company
• High School diploma or equivalent, or evidence of exceptional ability
• Flexible work availability and willingness to work overtime as needed
• Open to working in an assigned production department
• Ability to read and understand manufacturing instructions
• Strong command of English (written and verbal)
• Basic math skills (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division)
• Reliable, proactive, quality-focused mindset
• Ability to perform repetitive duties while standing for long periods
• Ability to lift 20-50 lbs daily
• Ability to maintain a safe working environment
• Team-oriented, cooperative

• Passthrough/Shipping 6:45am-3:15pm
• Overtime as needed
