Electrical Technician

Job Summary

The Electrical Technician will perform electrical assembly of new custom‑made overhead crane equipment, including planning and layout of custom control panels, wiring, and installation of components, drives, and motors. The role requires reading schematics and BOMs, identifying design deficiencies, and ensuring quality and safety.

• Layout, drill, and cut with hand power tools.
• Layout and modify custom panels.
• Work independently with minimal supervision.
• Inspect equipment for quality and safety issues.
• Work from electrical schematics.
• Work hours and shifts as necessary.

• Certification from a tech school in electronics, industrial maintenance, or military electronics.
• Experience wiring PLCs, VF drives, and motors.
• Forklift experience.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Speak, read, and write proficient English.
• Own basic electrician’s tools.

• Regularly lift up to 50 lbs.
• Stand or walk for 10‑hour shifts.
• Work in any position (reach, bend, kneel, etc.).
• Work in any environment (hot, cold, dusty, dirty, etc.).
• Normally see, hear, and talk.

• $150 after 2 weeks employed*.

* All listed amounts are net pay. Bonus available to hourly manufacturing personnel only.
