We are seeking a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse to join our night shift team at Signature Health

• Deliver exceptional nursing services to patients and residents, maintaining the highest level of quality and compassionate care.
• Supervise day‑to‑day activities performed by assigned nursing assistants.
• Operate in accordance with Federal, State, and Local standards, guidelines, and regulations, and as required by the Director of Nursing.
• Confirm compliance of all nursing personnel with written policies and procedures established by the facility.

• Possess an active LPN license in the state of residence.
• Current/active CPR certification.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to prioritize and coordinate multiple projects while maintaining high quality.
• Excellent technical, assessment, and documentation skills with the ability to maintain confidentiality.
