Dialysis Registered Nurse at Dialyze Direct, Winchester, KY

Exciting opportunity to join a team of highly motivated and energized professionals. Must be able to function at a high level with little oversight on a Monday-Friday 40hours schedule, provide nursing care, training, and home support (as needed), work collaboratively with team members, and skilled nursing home facility representatives; collect and record relevant patient health data (EMR), and develop patient care plans.

• Valid RN license.
• BS/AA/diploma in nursing.
• 6 months of RN experience strongly preferred.
• 3 months of hemodialysis experience strongly preferred.
• BLS certification.
• Ability to lift up to 35 pounds is required.
• This is a safety-sensitive position.
