Corbin Service Center

• Work under the direct supervision of an assigned Construction Supervisor.
• Safely perform general hands‑on construction tasks related to the installation of natural gas facilities, including plastic and steel mains, service lines, taps, compression facilities, production wells, leak repairs and other maintenance operations.
• Operate power‑operated equipment such as trenching machines, boring machines, tampers, and other tools safely and efficiently.
• Operate medium and heavy‑duty trucks, pull trailers with moderate to heavy loads to move equipment and materials.
• Perform routine maintenance and repair of assigned vehicles, trailers, tools and power‑operated equipment.
• Assist with inventory supply, accurate inventory control and timely submission of paperwork.
• Maintain accurate records and timely reporting for assigned company commercial motor vehicles per DOT and company policies (daily inspection reports, monthly maintenance reports).
• Perform plastic fusion and other natural gas construction duties in compliance with company specifications, procedures and operator qualification certifications.
• Perform any additional duties assigned by authorized personnel.
